Returns Policy

Your menstrual hygiene and well-being are our utmost priority. Given the intimate nature of our range every item we offer is non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. This policy ensures the highest standards of safety and hygiene for all our customers.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed. It can be cancelled only before they are handed over to our delivery partner. Although we generally dispatch orders within 1-2 days, for a seamless cancellation, we recommend doing so within 90 minutes of placing the order.
