🚚 1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Orders placed during sales, festive periods, or high-volume days may take slightly longer.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
📍 2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you and issue a full refund (if prepaid).
💰 3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping may be available on selected products or above a certain cart value (as displayed at checkout).
- Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
⏳ 4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen logistical issues
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, but we will always help you track your order.
🧾 5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive tracking details via SMS/email.
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
❌ 7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery multiple times.
If:
- The order is refused
- COD is not accepted
- Customer is unreachable
The order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
For RTO orders:
- Prepaid orders – refund will be processed after deducting shipping and RTO charges.
- COD orders – future COD orders may be restricted.
📦 8. Damaged Package During Transit
If your package appears damaged:
- Do not accept the package if visibly tampered.
- If accepted and damage is noticed later, report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

- Address changes can only be made before dispatch.
- Once shipped, we cannot reroute the order.
